I have Leica R lenses and I would mount them on my Pentax K camera. Is it possible? Do you have a connection?

Leica R lenses are not compatible with the camera Pentax K. We have a fitting (http://www.adrianololli.com/articolo.asp?ID=3355) to be mounted on the lens in place of the original bayonet Leica R.
